لام IHC
لام IHC (لام شارژ شده) دارای پوشش پلی ال لایزین در دو طرف لام بوده و برای تهیه لام های هیستولوژی و پاتولوژی و نگهداری طولانی مدت آنها به کار می رود. پلی ال لایزین Poly-L-lysine به عنوان یک چسب بین بافت و لام عمل می کند. لام IHC (لام شارژی) مناسب تکنیک های IHC ،ICC و IF می باشند. با توجه به اینکه لام IHC دارای یک لبه رنگی می باشد امکان نوشتن اطلاعات روی لام بدون نیاز به قلم الماس می باشد.

Positively charged microscopic slides (IHC slides) offer an excellent solution for tissue lift up problems routinely encountered in Histology & Cytology applications. These slides are charged positively to which the negatively charged tissue components bind tightly there by eliminating tissue lift up’s during staining.

IHC microscope slides are made of high-quality glass with low iron content, no green tint with fine texture and transparency and have dimensions of 25×75 mm at 1.1 mm thick (compatible with most printers). Frosted marking surface on one end. These IHC slides have ground edges which eliminate sharp cutting surfaces and ensure safe handling. IHC slides are precleaned and special packing of the box minimizes exposure to moisture and dust. IHC slides are made of high-clarity glass. Positively charged slides are hydrophobic.
