از تیشو کاست بیوپسی برای نگهداری نمونه های بسیار ظریف بافت در حین عملیات آماده سازی بافت در دستگاه تیشو پروسسور استفاده می شود. این تیشو کاست بیوپسی از یک پلیمر پلاستیکی با چگالی بالا ساخته شده است که کاملًا به مواد شیمیایی و حلال های مورد استفاده در آزمایشگاه پاتولوژی مقاوم باشد.
