از صفحه گرم کننده SD100 برای خشک کردن لام های خیس پس از انتقال برش های بافت شناور از روی سطح آب تیشو فلوت بر روی لام استفاده می شود. ابعاد طول و عرض پلیت صفحه گرم کننده 40 × 30 سانتیمتر می باشد. پلیت صفحه گرم کننده SD100 از جنس آلومینیوم آلیاژی سند بلاست شده با پوشش نچسب مخصوص سیاه رنگ برای سهولت استفاده و تمیز کردن می باشد. دمای صفحه گرم کننده SD100 از دمای محیط تا 100+ درجه سانتیگراد قابل تنظیم است. دمای صفحه گرم کننده SD100 به سادگی توسط کاربر از طریق کنترل پنل دیجیتال دستگاه، قابل تنظیم است. کنترل پنل صفحه گرم کننده SD100 دارای یک صفحه نمایش LED برای مشاهده دمای تنظیم شده و دمای واقعی است. بدنه صفحه گرم کننده SD100 از جنس فولاد با پوشش رنگ الکتروستاتیک کوره ای مقاوم در برابر گرما، ضربه و خوردگی می باشد.

Tissue Slide Dryer (Tissue Slide Drying Plate , Hot Plate) SD100
• Tissue Slide Dryer SD100 is designed for drying of wet slides after transfer of stretched paraffin sections in histology, pathology and research laboratories.
• Tissue Slide Dryer SD100 aids in the preparation of microscope slides at the specimen mounting stage.
• Tissue Slide Dryer SD100 is controlled by a thermoregulator equipped with easy to operate control panel consists of a membrane keyboard with push button for instrument setting. The function of memorization keeps the set temperature automatically after startup. Through LED display of control panel, you can visualize presetting temperature and current temperature. The user is allowed to set the temperature through the menu function. The mica heater provides heating up to 100 °C, and the temperature is controlled from ambient to 100 °C by a built-in energy regulator. Dry Slides Adequately
Proper drying ensures that sections are completely dehydrated, free of heat damage, flat and unlikely to lift during staining.
• Drain excess water from beneath the section before drying. This is vital if slides are dried flat on a hot plate.
• Slides can be stored in racks in an upright position, then dried in an oven.
• Generally drying temperatures should not exceed 65 ˚C.
• Excessive heat can cause droplets of water underneath a section to boil and this will cause damage.
• Dry sections for between 10 and 30 minutes.
• Some delicate specimens will produce best results when dried at 37 ˚C for a longer time (several hours to overnight).
