میکروتوم دستی مدل CUTX100
از میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 برای تهیه برش های بسیار نازک از کلیه بافت های گیاهی، حیوانی و انسانی قالب گیری شده در پارافین استفاده می شود. ضخامت برش میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 مطابق نیاز کاربر به راحتی و از طریق یک پیچ تنظیم واقع شده بر روی جلوی بدنه میکروتوم از 0/5 تا 60 میکرون قابل تنظیم است. در مکانیسم عملکرد میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 از ریل و بلبرینگ استفاده شده است که علاوه بر بالا بردن طول عمر مفید میکروتوم، دقت و کارایی آن را نیز بالا برده و در ضمن تعمیرات و نگهداری آتی میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 را آسان و مقرون به صرفه می کند. میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 دارای دو دسته چرخان میکرو و ماکرو می باشد که وظیفه دسته چرخان میکرو برش بافت و وظیفه دسته چرخان ماکرو جابجایی کلمپ نمونه نسبت به تیغ میکروتوم می باشد. دسته چرخان ماکرو دارای یک قفل ایمنی برای عدم چرخش آن در مواقع مورد نیاز مثل تعویض تیغ میکروتوم، تعویض نمونه به منظور محفاظت و ایمنی کاربر می باشد. میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 دارای سیستم RETRACTION می باشد که باعث سهولت در تهیه برش های سریالی و پیوسته می گردد. هر دو مدل گیره استاندارد و یا گیره تیشو تک به راحتی بر روی میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 قابل نصب است. هلدر تیغ میکروتوم و پایه آن از دو بخش مجزا تشکیل شده تا بتوان به دلخواه کاربر، تیغ میکروتوم نسبت به نمونه بین صفر تا  25 درجه زاویه بگیرد. هلدر تیغ میکروتوم دارای یک محافظ ویژه در مواقع ضروری مثل تعویض تیغ میکروتوم به جهت محفاظت و ایمنی کاربر می باشد. میکروتوم دستی CUTX100 دارای یک سینی پلاستیکی قابل شستشو برای جمع آوری ضایعات برش بافت می باشد.

Precision
Equipped with bearings and low-maintenance guides, they assure the highest precision and section quality. Adjustable sample-holder on two axis with a 360° rotation. The blade-holder cutting angle can be adjusted according to operator’s needs. All microtome versions are equipped with sample retraction during vertical stroke.

Easiness
All operations are driven through intuitive and friendly buttons; changing from the trimming to sectioning is quick and easy; the blade-holder is equipped with a mechanical system that ensures the whole surface exhaustion of blade edge.

Safety
The blade-holder is equipped with a protection system against accidental shoves avoiding any risks for the operator. The system is enable also during the section setting: a friendly blade-removal system allows to remove safely the blade. The blade-holder can be easily blocked in high position allowing the sample introduction or its easy and safe removal.

Technology
Low-maintenance bearings application and the balance system allow a fluent and continuous movement. The handwheel is equipped with an integrated and quick blocking system.

Comfort
Instrument raw material and ergonomic design make easier waste removal. An extractable and practical tray allows the cutting waste collection and simplifies cleaning operations.

Ergonomics
Each instrument part has been designed to help operation’s use. The external design, the handwheel and the control level position of the mechanical parts have been studied to assure the highest ergonomics.
